A 70’s Revival, Reimagined: Pierce Way

Some homes whisper their history.

Pierce Way? It sings it!

Built in the 1970s, this home had all the charm of its era — bold character, strong lines, and that unmistakable Brady Bunch spirit. Instead of erasing its story, we chose to honor it and elevate it.

The goal was simple: keep the soul of the 70s, but refine it for today.

We embraced playful color, confident patterns, and layered textures throughout the home. Warm tones, graphic shapes, and nostalgic nods anchor the design — while modern finishes, clean silhouettes, and elevated materials bring sophistication to every corner.

The result is a home that feels elegant yet fun. Nostalgic yet current. Playful yet polished.

This project proves something we believe deeply: timeless design doesn’t mean neutral or predictable. It means intentional. It means taking what makes a home unique and amplifying it — not muting it.

Pierce Way isn’t trying to blend in with the white-and-gray crowd. It stands proudly in its personality.

Because when you design with confidence, history becomes a highlight — not something to hide.

And honestly? That’s when a house becomes unforgettable.
